8. The Ballad Of Billy and Sweet Ann Marie - Brings ya back to the old west. Fun song with some potential
9. The End Had Won Again - Very stripped down song. Short but sweet
10. Mind Tricks - Waltzy song that just floats through. Sleeper soundtrack song.

12. Out Of Focus - Moody and dynamic. The Song starts slow and builds into a sonic explosion
13. What's The Story - A great pop song. Potential for airplay
14. Have It All - Complex song with a lot of changes. Very cool bridge. Dynamic funk

Well, its the end of May and the "skeleton" of most of the songs are pretty well put together. We have been playing some of the songs for years, so right now its just a matter of getting what we know done. This time has also allowed us to really focus on songs that we never finished. Its weird to say that we have been playing songs live for awhile that are not finished lyrically or musically, but when it comes time to actually lay the track down onto something that is going to be around for eternity, you tend to take a closer look at things.
After we get the core (as in drums, bass, guitar, vocals), we will then be able to go back and look at each song to see if we want to layer or add anything. Our Producer Andrew rocks and has been the 5th ear. His partner in crime (Bret) has also been another ear to help up decide what should or shouldn't go on the albuem. Neither one has a problem telling us if something sucks or if something rocks. We value this.
Things are sounding pretty amazing.
Later - Afterall
Anyway, so far
